305 Communications and Events, LLC was the event management company of record for the 2019 HITEC Fall Leadership Summit and HITEC 100 Awards. 305 planned and managed the entire event from beginning to end. We were in charge of the event budget, venue contract and negotiations, vendor selection and management, event design and implementation, invitations and RSVPs, as well as management of the event itself. The gala dinner was held at the Marriott San Francisco Waterfront with the HITEC Summit taking place at the headquarters of Oracle. A total of 600 guests were in attendance, including C-level executives from Silicon Valley tech companies and Fortune 500 Companies.
